Troubleshooting

This course doesn’t work on my mobile device

The course requires Adobe Flash to be installed on the device you take the course on. Many mobile devices on the market today including most Android phones, iPhones and iPads can not run Adobe Flash. As a result, you will be unable to take the course on these devices.

To install Flash on your computer or laptop, or check if you already have it, please visit this link:   Download Adobe Flash Player

I didn’t get my login information in an email

This could be the result of a spam or junk email filter. Please double check your spam and junk folder and if you find your email there, please add us to your safe list so your emails don’t get held in the future.

If you are using a company email address, it is also possible that your company’s spam filter may have blocked the email before it even made it to your inbox, junk or spam. You will need to contact your company’s IT department to have emails from this webiste added to their safe list.

My progress isn’t being saved

With a multitude of small configuration differences from computer to computer, on rare occasions there have been issues saving course progress. If you find this to be a problem, the best solution is to switch to Google Chrome as a web browser if possible. Chrome is a versatile browser that is known to have no issues with ESPS courses and can be downloaded for free here:   Download Google Chrome
